Custom Commissions and Personalised Goods Policy

Due to the bespoke, hand-crafted nature of original house portraits and custom illustrations, we do not offer refunds, cancellation or exchanges for change of mind once work has begun.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and piece and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
